ST Property and Logistics Company Limited, as a property manager of KTBSTMR, a real estate investment trust and a leasehold real estate KTBST Mix was listed on the market. Securities of Thailand (SET) on November 15, 2021
The assets that the REIT invests in the first time are as follows:
1. Land lease right and the right to lease the building of the ST Bang Bo Project
2. Land lease right and the leasehold right of the ST Bang Pa-in project
3. Land sublease right Leasehold rights of buildings, system works and ownership of movable properties Summer Hub Project

STP&L is confident that the asset has continued rental income growth potential. and the REIT has an expected return of approximately 7% per year, thus expanding the investment in the trust units of KTBSTMR as a sponsor to not more than 30 percent or investing in the total amount of not more than approximately 904.5 million baht.
